Claudia wore a Self-Portrait – One-shoulder Embellished Crepe Top £240 in Black, for BBC Strictly Come Dancing week 1 on Saturday 21st September 2019. Claudia was styled by Sinead McKeefry. (I thought it was a jumpsuit at first but it is a top and trousers).
The first five looks that came down Self-Portrait’s NYC runway all had one-shoulder necklines, including this sleek top. Cut for a slightly loose fit from black crepe, it has a puffed sleeve that’s gathered and pleated to create even more volume. Match your jewelry to the metallic bead and crystal embellishments along the seams.
Claudia’s trousers are by Safiyaa. I don’t know exactly which style they are, but they could be these Safiyaa – Halluana Stretch-crepe Flared Pants £450 in Black. Safiyaa’s pants are inspired by Savile Row tailoring, so you can imagine how perfect the cut is. They’re made from stretchy black crepe and sit flatteringly high on the waist. The flared hems are long and exaggerated to make anyone who wears them look instantly taller – especially with a great pair of heels underneath.
